Our annual hardware maintenance contracts offer full protection against system failure without any unexpected costs. 

You can have total peace of mind with the knowledge that we will respond to all enquiries within eight hours, or if business has been disrupted with system failure, we endeavour to assist within four hours.

Unlike our competitors, where a site visit is required for contract maintenance, there is no additional charge.

Support priority is always given to our contract holders and two visits per year are guaranteed to ensure IT systems are in good order.

Contract customers receive unlimited remote access and full telephone support at no extra cost.

It is possible to request cover solely for remote access with telephone support for those that require it, and for customers who are not in the position to commit to any form of contract, we also offer a highly competitive pay-as-you-go service.

Support Contracts

Our support desk offers several levels of instant support: either by telephone, by our form-based rapid response e-mail, or by remote-access support using mutual software that enables our technicians virtual on-hand, screen-viewing access to your system.

Remote management allows an administrator to gain access to server/client computers for remote assistance. Remote Assistance provides a way for you to get the help you need when you run into problems with your computer.

Your system can be checked, virus definitions and patches updated, or debugged of with software problems without the need to wait for a technician to arrive; this can be done through remote log in.
